  • Launching the ModerNest luxury condo brand.
  • Nashville's explosive real-estate boom.
  • Building legacy without losing family.
The Cast

The Family

M

Meg Epstein

A driven CEO, wife, and mother. She developed an entire block in Nashville's hottest neighborhood, won Entrepreneur of the Year, and is now launching ModerNest — all with four kids under two. For Meg, the boardroom and the nursery were never separate worlds.

S

Stephen Epstein

The vision behind the brand's growth — a land scout, brand builder, and storyteller whose charm and curiosity give the show its discovery energy. His quiet belief in Meg's vision is the steady force behind everything they're building.

The Village

They're far from alone. A colorful cast surrounds them — contractors, team members, social-media managers, nannies, architects, interior designers — each one vital to keeping the family, the business, and the beautifully chaotic operation afloat.

"I want to break this idea that you have to either work really hard and build a legacy, or be a present parent. I think both are possible."
— Meg Epstein
The Setting

Why Nashville

Nashville is more than a backdrop — it's a character. A city caught between old and new, grit and luxury, heritage and reinvention.

One of the fastest-changing cities in America, where old tradition collides with new ambition — the perfect stage for a story about family, reinvention, and modern legacy.

Old tradition.
New ambition.
A modern legacy.
